  • Operate in a true partnership model, creating and driving strategic people initiatives
  • Work closely with colleagues across all regions and centres of excellence to ensure consistent, impactful people programs are rolled out effectively
  • Provide guidance on organisational design, leadership capability to complex employee matters
  • Leverage data to derive meaningful business insights to help shape people priorities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a partner to senior leadership teams, ideally within a global SaaS environment. Preferably supporting Product and Technology teams.
  • Deep understanding of varied HR disciplines is essential, including employee relations, performance management, and employment legislation.
  • Ability to pull data and translate it into actionable strategic recommendations and help leaders make informed people decisions.
  • Natural curiosity for AI allowing you to share ideas on how to shift from transactional tasks to high-impact strategic initiatives.
  • Resilience and adaptability needed to build and improve programs from the ground up in an evolving organisation.
  • Strong business acumen and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders
