- Operate in a true partnership model, creating and driving strategic people initiatives
- Work closely with colleagues across all regions and centres of excellence to ensure consistent, impactful people programs are rolled out effectively
- Provide guidance on organisational design, leadership capability to complex employee matters
- Leverage data to derive meaningful business insights to help shape people priorities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a partner to senior leadership teams, ideally within a global SaaS environment. Preferably supporting Product and Technology teams.
- Deep understanding of varied HR disciplines is essential, including employee relations, performance management, and employment legislation.
- Ability to pull data and translate it into actionable strategic recommendations and help leaders make informed people decisions.
- Natural curiosity for AI allowing you to share ideas on how to shift from transactional tasks to high-impact strategic initiatives.
- Resilience and adaptability needed to build and improve programs from the ground up in an evolving organisation.
- Strong business acumen and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders
