- delivering high-quality science, analytics, and insights to improve small business
- building a shared understanding of customer behaviours
- shaping product and marketing strategies with global impact
- executing A/B testing and experimentation analysis
- analysing complex datasets from various sources
- developing and productionising data assets for high-level reporting and dashboards
- partnering with the Customer Engagement team for digital performance management
Requirements
- experience in data and analytics within the digital or tech industry
- hands on SQL skills for data manipulation
- solid foundation in Python for analysis
- understanding of experimentation design, particularly A/B testing framework
- ability to present complex statistical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualisations and slide decks
- flexibility to tackle unfamiliar domains while working with diverse data sources
