About the role
- play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality science, analytics, and insights
- immerse yourself in vast data stores to build a shared understanding of customer behaviours
- execute a high pace of A/B testing and experimentation analysis
- analyse complex datasets from the Xero data platform, Google Analytics, and Mixpanel
- partner with the Customer Engagement team to manage digital performance
Requirements
- experience in data and analytics within the digital or tech industry
- hands-on SQL skills for data manipulation
- solid foundation in Python for analysis
- deep understanding of experimentation design, particularly A/B testing
- ability to present complex statistical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- flexibility to tackle unfamiliar domains while working with diverse data sources
