Provide strategic Business Partnering support to the CMO and Xero's global Marketing leadership team
Lead teams providing Business Partnering and Advisory services for Xero's global Marketing organization
Collaborate with GMs of PX Partnering to evolve and drive strategic business partnering objectives
Work with PX Centers of Excellence (OD, Remuneration, Workplace) to deliver consistent people programs
Identify unique skills and development opportunities across your team and ensure capability development
Serve as trusted advisor to XLT member on talent management, annual team calibration, organisational design, restructures and more
Support complex, sensitive and/or high risk ER issues when required
Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment legislation and ensure regulatory compliance; partner with legal/external lawyers as needed
Utilize data to analyse trends and metrics and develop solutions, programs and policies aligned to priorities
Ensure recruitment priorities are met and drive workforce planning with Talent teams
Ensure COEs understand Business Services priorities and develop relevant programs and resources
Build a positive employee experience that empowers Xeros to thrive and improves business performance
Contribute to PX Transformation by testing, experimenting and improving ways of working
Support the Chief People Officer and EGM Partnering and Organisational Design as needed
Proactively understand and manage risks and compliance for areas of responsibility
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in leadership roles, covering the broad generalist spectrum of HR within fast paced, high performing organisations
Deep understanding of multiple HR disciplines, including remuneration practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and relevant employment legislation
Experience working with and coaching senior executive stakeholders on complex people issues
Degree, Post Graduate or equivalent work experience
Ability to support complex, sensitive and/or high risk ER issues
In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and practices and ability to advise on risks and ensure regulatory compliance
Experience using data to strategically analyse trends and metrics and develop solutions, programs and policies
Experience partnering with Talent teams to ensure recruitment priorities and drive workforce planning
Experience leading teams and identifying skills and development opportunities to demonstrate PX Capability Framework
