💰 $125,000 - $140,000 per year
About the role
- Reporting to the Head of Marketing, play a pivotal role planning and executing marketing campaigns for Small Business customers and Accounting and Bookkeeping Partners
- Work closely with global marketing, PR & comms, creative teams, sales, operations teams and external agencies to deliver the regional marketing plan
- Develop and implement marketing activity from tactical initiatives to multi-channel campaigns to achieve brand and commercial goals, reporting against KPIs
- Work with Brand team to drive awareness and consideration of Xero and support regional and global teams to deliver customer experiences
- Embed measurement and optimisation into campaign activity and seek continuous improvement
- Work with stakeholders to ensure marketing generated opportunities and performance optimisation are acted upon
- Develop deep understanding of AB and SB audiences and champion their needs
- Engage with AB Partners and wider AB community through events and industry functions
- Collaborate on sponsorship and community opportunities
- Work with global teams to deliver and optimise customer journeys
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of SMB or Accounting & Bookkeeping audiences
