Refactor complex monolithic systems, balancing legacy WebForms with modern distributed architectures on AWS
Research, prototype, and adopt AI-assisted development tools
Participate in an on-call roster and incident response supporting 24/7 product reliability
Collaborate with Lead and Principal Engineers using modern software delivery frameworks
Improve system performance, reliability, and developer efficiency
Champion agile practices and proactively solve high-stakes logic challenges

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep technical expertise across C#, ASP.NET Core, React, and SQL Server data modelling
Proven experience building and implementing AI tools in production environments with real business or customer impact
Proven experience architecting, implementing, and refactoring distributed systems using REST APIs on AWS
Solid experience with CI/CD concepts and automated tooling
Passion for test-driven development principles
Experience using artificial intelligence to redesign workflows and create automated agents
Experience building SDKs and internal libraries is highly regarded
Experience mentoring and coaching
Ability to challenge constructively and disagree early to improve system design
