About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Further development and maintenance of our website (currently implemented on Lovable)
Contribute to our app and to the web dashboard for clinics and practices
Integrate the various digital components into a cohesive product ecosystem
Test new features and iterate based on user feedback
Use AI tools for rapid development and implementation of new ideas
Coordinate closely with the founding team on priorities and alignment of the digital strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enrolled student, preferably with a focus on entrepreneurship, computer science, digital business, or similar
Some hands-on experience with web or app development is a plus
Basic programming knowledge (e.g., React/TypeScript, web fundamentals)
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Lovable, Cursor, Claude) is advantageous
Proficient with common web and office tools
Ability to work in a structured, priority-driven way across multiple simultaneous digital projects
Ability to translate user feedback into concrete product improvements
Entrepreneurial mindset
Strong communication skills when interacting with the founders despite part-time involvement
Team player despite predominantly remote collaboration
Independent and reliable work style despite a part-time workload
Interest in MedTech and startups and willingness to take on significant responsibility early on
Willingness to learn and curiosity about new tools
