About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and organize calendars for the Executive Team
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and preparing itineraries
- Handle vendor coordination: follow up on invoices, schedule service providers, and maintain basic vendor records
- Support email organization and simple correspondence
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure documents are properly stored and updated
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fresh graduate or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong time‑management abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
