About the role
- Eliciting and analyzing the client’s business needs
- Co-creating and modeling a vision of the solution adequate to the customer’s priorities and resources
- Specifying functional and non-functional features of the developed IT systems
- Collaborating with the development team from the project’s beginning till the end
- Helping to deliver the expected solution
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
- Familiarity with modern IT technologies and platforms, including integration and backend services
- Experience in system integrations
- Ability to model system integrations and datasets
- Ability to build good relationships with people, including senior management executives
- Communication skills in Polish and English
- Commitment and independency
- Understanding the impact of the delivered IT solutions on businesses and organizations
- Familiarity with the agile software development cycle
- Knowledge how to apply relevant business analysis tools and techniques
- Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required
