About the role
- Define and implement a modern performance testing strategy
- Design, implement, and own an end-to-end performance test strategy
- Build and maintain journey-based performance tests for key user flows
- Define performance benchmarks (SLAs/SLOs) and run performance baselines
- Set up monitoring/observability practices for performance testing
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Lead and mentor the team on performance engineering practices
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams on performance goals
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software test automation
- Strong performance testing knowledge
- Multi-year hands-on experience in non-functional testing
- Proven experience with journey-based performance testing
- Experience with performance benchmarking, test execution, analysis
- Experience with monitoring/observability concepts
- Practical experience incorporating performance testing into CI/CD processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Upper intermediate/advanced English (B2/C1)
