About the role

  • serving as a Data Quality specialist supporting governance and analytics teams
  • designing, developing, and maintaining Data Quality checks and controls
  • contributing to the selection and optimization of Data Quality tools
  • translating business and governance requirements into Data Quality implementations
  • proactively monitoring Data Quality results and execution logs
  • initiating and coordinating Data Quality resolution activities
  • performing impact analysis and ensuring lineage metadata availability
  • ensuring quality assurance and adherence to defined standards
  • collaborating with Data Governance, Data Modeling, Architecture, and QA teams
  • providing training and guidance to stakeholders
  • supporting releases of Data Quality solution components
  • participating in Agile delivery processes

Requirements

  • experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, or Data Management
  • strong understanding of Data Quality design, development, and troubleshooting
  • experience building queries across various databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DataBricks, Snowflake)
  • solid knowledge of Data Quality design and development principles
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ability to diagnose and resolve complex functional requirements
  • ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • high attention to detail and quality of work
  • experience working in Agile environments
  • quick learner with strong motivation to develop expertise
  • experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) (Nice to have)
  • experience with Data Governance components (Glossary, Data Quality, RDM) (Nice to have)
  • knowledge of banking processes and products (Nice to have)
