About the role

  • Support the delivery and scaling of an enterprise Generative AI platform
  • Run a structured intake process for new AI use cases
  • Maintain a transparent backlog and prioritization
  • Facilitate stand-ups, triage sessions, and dependency reviews
  • Monitor platform capacity and costs

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in technical program management, delivery analysis, or PMO roles within platform, data/AI, or enterprise technology environments
  • Strong technical intuition in Generative AI concepts, modern DevOps and MLOps practices, API-first platforms
  • Proven experience coordinating work across engineering, data/ML, security, infrastructure, and business teams
  • Excellent communication skills, including executive-level updates, risk communication, and facilitation
  • Strong delivery tracking and tooling skills
