About the role

  • leading development activities within a large-scale insurance project using Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter
  • driving configuration, development, and integration tasks across multiple Guidewire modules
  • overseeing end-to-end delivery quality: assigning work, performing code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards

Requirements

  • Guidewire ACE certifications
  • at least 5 years in Guidewire Expertise
  • deep hands-on experience in Guidewire Configuration across at least one major module: PolicyCenter or BillingCenter or ClaimCenter
  • experience in Guidewire Rating
  • proven capability leading development teams
  • hands-on experience in Upgrades (PC/CC/BC)—running upgrade tools
  • extensive expertise across the full SDLC
  • strong Gosu programming skills
  • strong SQL knowledge (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL)
  • experience working with SOAP/REST web services
  • expertise in Agile delivery
  • understanding of P&C Insurance: FNOL, Exposures, Incidents, Reserves, Payments, Underwriting, Billing workflows
  • proficiency with DevOps tools and Git
  • strong analytical ability
