About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, build, and launch paid campaigns across Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and Snap
Execute campaign trafficking, QA, and ad operations workflows
Launch new assets and copy, generate screenshots, and QA live links for safe-zone adherence
Brief, review, and launch new assets and copy cross-functionally
Monitor daily pacing and evaluate active campaign performance using dashboards and reporting tools
Optimize campaigns against ROAS, CPA, CAC, efficient reach, views, and brand lift KPIs
Prepare and present weekly performance reporting with trends, insights, and strategic recommendations
Identify and pitch testing and innovation opportunities
Own financial tracking for assigned campaigns and support vendor billing and payments
Participate in cross-functional initiatives shaping media buying and activation

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of recent hands-on experience activating paid social performance campaigns
Experience optimizing toward ROAS, CPA, CAC, efficient reach, views, and brand lift KPIs
Ability to become productive quickly in a contract-based role with defined timelines and deliverables
Highly self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets and make strategic recommendations
Strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
Comfortable owning and managing large budgets and investment levels
Flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend work during peak campaign periods
Certification in paid media platforms such as Meta, Reddit, TikTok, Google Ads, or Snap is a bonus
Passion for gaming and knowledge of Blizzard games, products, and services is a bonus
