About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead engagement with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic objectives, business processes, and system challenges into scalable IT-enabled solutions
Drive end-to-end business analysis, including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, validation, prioritization, and traceability
Serve as a key interface between Business and IT throughout the delivery lifecycle
Own design, testing, and rollout of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and bespoke Finance system solutions
Lead delivery of system enhancements and initiatives, managing scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment
Coordinate activities within the IT Global Quarterly Release process
Evaluate solution designs and re-engineered processes and provide recommendations
Drive process optimization and standardization across Finance systems and workflows
Ensure SOX and governance compliance for system changes
Partner with offshore delivery and support teams to maintain service quality and resolve issues
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years as a Senior Business Analyst
Significant experience leading Oracle Finance implementations, enhancements, or transformation initiatives
Strong hands-on functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Financial Modules, including Purchasing, iProcurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and General Ledger
Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report Finance business processes
Experience leading complex, large-scale, cross-functional, multi-regional Finance IT initiatives
Experience driving end-to-end requirements lifecycle management
Ability to translate Finance process requirements into Oracle ERP functional behavior
Experience leading UAT planning, validation strategies, and release readiness activities
Experience delivering and supporting integrations between Oracle Financial modules and third-party systems
Ability to assess system designs and provide structured recommendations
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in Finance systems or processes
Experience in SOX-controlled or regulated environments
Experience working with offshore or near-shore delivery and support teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Working knowledge of other Oracle R12 Finance modules such as AME, SLA, and Fixed Assets is a plus
Working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL is a plus
Experience with Sabrix, Kofax, or MarkView is a plus
Working knowledge of OBIEE, Power BI, Looker, or similar reporting tools is a plus
Basic understanding of databases, data flows, ETL concepts, or analytics processes is a plus
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps is a plus
Experience supporting Finance system architecture or solution design is a plus
Experience mentoring or coaching junior analysts is a plus
Experience in process automation or Finance transformation initiatives is a plus
