About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You don’t just understand our customers’ requirements superficially — you uncover underlying needs and develop tailored solution concepts.
- You contribute your extensive experience in implementing and enhancing Freshworks, Matrix42 and/or Xurrent solutions.
- System incidents are exciting challenges for you, which you resolve with analytical precision and innovative approaches.
- Together with your team, you set new standards for our CI/CD processes and promote the continuous exchange of knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification, complemented by several years of experience in ESM/ITSM projects.
- Proven track record in successfully delivering complex service management solutions.
- Motivated to master xamplo’s solutions technically down to the last detail, to advise customers as an expert, and to take responsibility in demanding projects.
- Experience implementing ESM/ITSM solutions and the ability to quickly get up to speed with new systems.
- Knowledge of Freshworks, Matrix42 or Xurrent is an advantage but not required.
- Experience in requirements engineering to turn vague customer ideas into clear technical specifications.
- An ITIL 4 certification is a plus — either already obtained or in progress.
- Excellent German language skills and fluent English communication skills.
