About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support clients in establishing agile and collaborative working practices
Advise clients on the right Atlassian products for their collaboration and work processes
Analyse and specify business requirements, processes and concepts
Create solution designs
Build collaborative intranets based on Confluence, including digital workplaces
Configure Jira workflows to digitise and automate business processes
Manage projects
Coordinate the internal development team to extend Atlassian tools with apps and macros

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in (business) computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence
Minimum 5 years of project experience working with clients
Curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding and improving processes and systems
Service and customer orientation
High quality awareness, dedication and an independent working style
Communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
Atlassian, ITIL, SAFe, and Agile certifications are a plus
