About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Scanning and digitizing incoming mail and documents.
  • Sorting and filing receipts and outgoing documents.
  • Preparatory accounting: categorizing receipts and preparing them for the tax advisor.
  • General office management: supplies, filing, and coordination of minor administrative tasks.

What you’ll need
  • You are reliable, organized and able to work independently — this may sound like a standard requirement, but for us it is truly core.
  • You communicate fluently (spoken and written) in German and English — you will need both in your daily work.
  • You are tech-savvy and enjoy thinking about how to make processes leaner and smarter.
  • Accounting experience and/or interest is a nice-to-have.
  • Whether you are a student or need to work fewer hours for other reasons is not relevant — what matters is that this role fits your life and you want to make an impact.
