About the role

  • Identification and acquisition of new clients from industry, SMEs and the public sector
  • Building and maintaining a qualified sales funnel
  • Presenting our consulting services (change management, outplacement, transfer companies — employee transition services, health and wellbeing offerings, etc.)
  • Developing tailored proposals in collaboration with the consulting team
  • Participating in industry events and networks (e.g., BCL network)
  • Continuous market monitoring and optimization of sales strategies

Requirements

  • University degree (Business Administration, Business Psychology, Communications, or similar) or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales — ideally in consulting or professional services
  • Enthusiasm for organizational development, change management, or health management
  • Business-fluent German and very good English skills
  • Strong communication skills, confident presence, and a focus on closing deals
  • Team spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
