About the role
- Identification and acquisition of new clients from industry, SMEs and the public sector
- Building and maintaining a qualified sales funnel
- Presenting our consulting services (change management, outplacement, transfer companies — employee transition services, health and wellbeing offerings, etc.)
- Developing tailored proposals in collaboration with the consulting team
- Participating in industry events and networks (e.g., BCL network)
- Continuous market monitoring and optimization of sales strategies
Requirements
- University degree (Business Administration, Business Psychology, Communications, or similar) or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales — ideally in consulting or professional services
- Enthusiasm for organizational development, change management, or health management
- Business-fluent German and very good English skills
- Strong communication skills, confident presence, and a focus on closing deals
- Team spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
