About the role
- Initial outreach: identifying relevant contacts at potential customers in Germany or arranging and conducting calls with prospects via phone
- Data maintenance: accurate documentation of all activities in HubSpot
- Follow-up: tracking prospects, sending reminders, and providing other support throughout the sales process
- Communication: close coordination with our sales team in Germany and participation in regular team calls
Requirements
- Sales experience, ideally familiar with the Opening–Setting–Closing model
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Structured and independent working style with high reliability
- Comfortable using sales tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Self-driven attitude, strong communication skills, and interest in technology
