About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide excellent customer service to clients and patients
- Help schedule healthcare appointments from your secured home office
- Communicate with customers effectively over the phone and via email or live chat
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must speak English & Spanish fluently
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods while working at a computer
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers over the phone and via email or live chat
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks, such as typing, with attention to detail
- High-speed DSL or cable connection, rated at least 10 MB download speed and 2 MB upload speed.
- Dedicated home office space, free from distraction
- Personal desktop computer running a licensed version of Windows 10 or higher (Windows 11 preferred)
- 8 GB of RAM (Core i3 processor, or better)
- 19″ flat panel monitor (minimum)
- A webcam for training, compliance, and collaboration purposes
- USB headset with noise and echo cancellation for VOIP
- A modern mobile phone (iOS or Android) for multi-factor authentication
