About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate, build, test, schedule, and deploy business-as-usual CRM campaigns across Braze channels
Manage campaign requirements from an approved brief through to deployment and post-send validation
Work with Creative, Copy, Brand, Digital, and Marketing teams to adapt assets for each channel
Ensure campaigns respect customer communication preferences, POPIA requirements, and applicable internal policies
Complete and document pre-deployment QA checks for every campaign
Set up, monitor, and interpret A/B or multivariate tests covering subject lines, content, creative treatments, calls to action, and send times
Coordinate campaign delivery with CRM, Marketing, Creative, Brand, Digital, Data, category management, and Technology teams
Maintain automated customer journeys, support campaign optimisation, test new Braze functionality, and investigate campaign delivery, template-rendering, link, and platform-related issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
Solid experience in email or CRM
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
Basic understanding of customer segmentation and personalisation
Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and data teams
Strong stakeholder engagement
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Experience with Braze or similar customer engagement platforms (advantage)
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing (advantage)
Experience in retail, FMCG, or loyalty marketing (advantage)
Braze Marketing Certification (advantage)
