About the role

  • Maintain and further develop the Access Management landscape, with Okta as core platform.
  • Design and optimize secure authentication and authorization solutions (SSO, MFA, provisioning).
  • Implement and maintain Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) solutions (OPA-based).
  • Automate IAM platform deployments using Terraform and Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, product owners and DevOps teams.
  • Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies and take ownership of development features.
  • Support compliance activities related to GDPR, NIS2 and SOx.
  • Continuously improve scalability, reliability and security of the AM environment.

Requirements

  • You bring at least 5 years of experience within Identity & Access Management and are comfortable operating in enterprise environments across cloud and hybrid landscapes.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher, both spoken and written.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
