About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own vertical-first content capture and production across assigned shows and events
Produce social-first content, talent requests, partner shoots, quick concepts, trends, reactions, arrivals, promos, and behind-the-scenes moments
Support internal and external partner requests involving talent, executives, community, sponsorship, PR, and priority business needs
Work with department leads on daily priorities, coverage needs, and show/event focus
Turn around quick edits when needed while maintaining focus on field production
Flag top-performing posts, content wins, and useful metrics from assigned coverage
Ensure all content is produced and optimized for social media publishing
Monitor content performance, identify trends, and apply learnings to future content decisions
Travel domestically and internationally as needed based on business priorities
Stay current with WWE programming, storylines, talent, brands, and products

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in digital/social video production, preferably in sports, entertainment, and/or television industries
Background in content creation, video editing, and collaborating in the social media space
Proven ability to conceive and produce highly engaging content
Strong video production and editing judgment
Proven ability to independently conceive and publish compelling content across multiple platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with video production and editing tools such as Adobe Premiere and CapCut
Organized and detail-oriented with exceptional time management and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive under pressure
Ability to work a rotating, non-traditional schedule, including nights and weekends
Working knowledge of WWE shows and talent strongly preferred
Impeccable grammar and diction
Ability to travel extensively
