About the role

  • Support the operation of our SAP applications, in particular SAP (Classic), IS‑U and HR, as well as database applications
  • Administer, monitor and optimize the deployed applications
  • Review and manage transport requests and jobs
  • Analyze, assess and resolve incidents
  • Coordinate and import support packages in conjunction with application developments
  • Select new releases and modules and integrate them into the existing system landscape
  • Actively contribute to IT projects
  • Participate in on-call rotations

Requirements

  • Completed IT vocational training (e.g., Fachinformatiker for System Integration) or equivalent, or further qualification as a state-certified IT specialist
  • Practical knowledge of SAP systems and database applications
  • Ideally knowledge of IT security and proficiency in English
  • Analytical mindset as well as strong cooperation and team skills
  • Class B driving licence
