About the role
- Achieve sales targets in the residential and commercial customer segments
- Derive measures from strategy, market analyses, competitive monitoring and ongoing monitoring
- Further develop the electricity and natural gas product portfolio for regional and supra-regional markets
- Define role profiles for customer management and marketing
- Ensure compliance with contractual foundations and pricing/calculation processes
- Produce regular reports on market and sales development and present them to department management and the Executive Board
Requirements
- Completed degree in Energy Management, Energy Economics or a comparable field
- Strong market knowledge and legal understanding of the competitive environment in residential and commercial energy sales
- Analytical skills and knowledge of processes for supplying energy customers
- Leadership experience
- Strong team and communication skills
- Valid Class B driving license
