About the role
- You support our customers by telephone, email, or in person at our customer centre
- Advising customers about our services and offers is part of your responsibilities
- You assist in the implementation of marketing and sales measures
- During your apprenticeship, you will gain insights into the commercial departments across the WVV Group
Requirements
- Ideally you have a secondary school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife)
