About the role
- Coordinate and oversee construction projects
- Liaise with clients, service providers and authorities
- Manage demolition and clearance measures
- Assess potential environmental damages and risks and take measures to mitigate them
- Analyze and evaluate expert reports
- Contribute to projects on sustainability, transformation and the heat transition
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a comparable field
- Class B driving licence
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of building regulations and construction contract law, as well as the Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI)
- Good knowledge of construction-related standards and guidelines
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, CAD and Tangro
