About the role
- You are responsible for handling incident reports and system faults
- You provide support and advice to end users
- You plan IT user training sessions, create training materials and deliver the training
- You create and further develop application documentation
- You plan and coordinate rollout schedules
- You install hardware and software and distribute them
- You independently program, configure, monitor and optimize operational IT systems
- You test and monitor client security within software distribution
- You plan and implement new releases and patches
- You manage IT assets and support tickets
- You create and maintain master records in the asset management system
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration (m/f/d) or possess a comparable technical qualification or further training
- You have expertise in standard hardware and software as well as IT security
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills
- You demonstrate analytical thinking and are cooperative and a team player
- You hold a valid class B driving license
