About the role
- Coordinate and oversee construction projects
- Liaise with clients, service providers and authorities
- Manage demolition and clearance operations
- Assess potential environmental damage or risks and implement countermeasures
- Analyze and evaluate expert reports
- Contribute to projects related to sustainability, transformation and the heating transition
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a comparable field
- Driver’s license (Class B)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of building regulations and construction contract law, as well as the Fee Structures for Architects and Engineers (HOAI)
- Familiarity with construction-related standards and guidelines
- Proficient user of MS Office products and experience with SAP, CAD and Tangro
