About the role
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Counseling, care and instruction of patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Management of prescriptions and supply coordination
- Maintenance and expansion of the existing client base
- Compliance with legal requirements and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse, or certified nursing professional
- Work experience in wound care is an advantage but not mandatory
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
- Reliable and responsible working style
- Driver’s license (Class B)
