About the role
- Build and lead a field team of up to 20 wound care specialists
- Lead, supervise, support and develop employees in the assigned territory, fostering a strong team
- Conduct and support training sessions and onboarding
- Expand and maintain the care network for chronic wound management
- Regular communication and collaboration with the internal company network
- Acquire and manage relationships with nursing and care services
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, or equivalent nursing qualification
- Completed advanced training as a Wound Care Specialist and Wound Therapist, or willingness to obtain these qualifications
- Initial leadership experience and experience in a similar field-based role are advantageous
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills combined with an independent and team-oriented working style
- Good IT/user skills
- Valid driving license (Class B)
