About the role
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advising, supporting and educating patients and their family members
- Close collaboration with other care providers involved in wound management to ensure optimal patient care
- Ensuring prescription and supply management
- Managing and expanding the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a nurse (e.g., registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse or general nursing professional)
- Professional experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed advanced training as a wound care specialist, or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
- Reliable and responsible approach to work
- Valid driving license (Class B)
