• Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
• Digital wound documentation
• Advising, supporting and educating patients and their relatives
• Close cooperation with other parties involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
• Ensuring prescription and supply management
• Maintaining and expanding the existing client base
• Compliance with legal requirements and guidelines

Requirements

State-recognized qualification as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, Geriatric Nurse or Nursing Specialist
Work experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
Completed advanced training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training
Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
Reliable and responsible working style
Valid driver's license (Class B)
