• Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
• Digital wound documentation
• Advising, supporting and educating patients and their relatives
• Close collaboration with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
• Ensuring prescription and supply management
• Managing and expanding the existing client base
• Compliance with legal requirements and guidelines

Requirements

State-recognized qualification as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, or other qualified nursing professional
Experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
Completed further training as a Wound Care Specialist or willingness to complete such training
Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
Reliable and responsible work approach
Valid driver's license (Class B)
