About the role
- Professional care for chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advice, support, and education for patients and their families
- Close collaboration with other healthcare professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Ensuring prescription handling and supply management
- Care for and expansion of the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a nurse (e.g., registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse, or nursing specialist)
- Work experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to complete such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
- Reliable and responsible working style
- Driving license class B (car)
