About the role
- Planning and implementation of construction projects
- Close collaboration with various specialist departments
- Development and planning of construction projects taking technical, economic and environmental aspects into account
- Preparation of design and construction drawings as well as building permit applications
- Coordination and supervision of construction projects in all performance phases under HOAI
- Collaboration with internal and external partners such as engineering firms, authorities and construction companies
- Ensuring compliance with quality, cost and schedule requirements
- Conducting site supervision and final acceptance inspections
Requirements
- Completed degree in civil engineering or architecture
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in industrial construction
- Solid knowledge of relevant technical and contractual regulations (HOAI, VOB, etc.)
- Very good IT skills, especially MS Office products, and experience with CAD
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
- High degree of independence and initiative
- Social skills and the ability to work in a team
- Driver’s license class B
