Properties & Buildings Director

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and oversee property and building operations in Swiss Romandy (French-speaking Switzerland).
- Contribute to the business unit strategy and work closely with the Swiss Managing Director.
- Manage the financial and operational performance of Properties & Buildings in line with established objectives.
- Promote client engagement and build key relationships with client executives.
- Provide inclusive and ethical leadership aligned with WSP's core values.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience in the properties and buildings consulting sector.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing complex projects within the properties and buildings sector.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Experience in operational management and commercial/business strategy.
