About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and oversee property and building operations in Swiss Romandy (French-speaking Switzerland).
Contribute to the business unit strategy and work closely with the Swiss Managing Director.
Manage the financial and operational performance of Properties & Buildings in line with established objectives.
Promote client engagement and build key relationships with client executives.
Provide inclusive and ethical leadership aligned with WSP's core values.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior experience in the properties and buildings consulting sector.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.
Experience managing complex projects within the properties and buildings sector.
Proficiency in English and French.
Experience in operational management and commercial/business strategy.
