About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct reviews of asbestos, lead, or PEMD diagnostics.
  • Participate in feasibility studies for dismantling and asbestos removal, covering organizational, technical, financial, and scheduling aspects.
  • Prepare specifications (terms of reference) for demolition or partial demolition of buildings, dismantling of industrial production units, and asbestos removal.
  • Attend contractor consultation/site visits and analyze received technical and financial proposals.
  • Supervise, manage, and monitor sites or provide overall client-side project management support during asbestos removal, stripping/clean-out, and demolition operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree or engineering degree in civil or structural engineering (equivalent to Bac+5).
  • 2 to 5 years' experience.
  • General proficiency in civil and/or industrial structures.
  • Practical experience on construction sites.
  • Good knowledge of demolition & asbestos removal (D&D), hazardous substances, asbestos, fibers, and metals.
  • Experience using Revit.
