About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct reviews of asbestos, lead, or PEMD diagnostics.
Participate in feasibility studies for dismantling and asbestos removal, covering organizational, technical, financial, and scheduling aspects.
Prepare specifications (terms of reference) for demolition or partial demolition of buildings, dismantling of industrial production units, and asbestos removal.
Attend contractor consultation/site visits and analyze received technical and financial proposals.
Supervise, manage, and monitor sites or provide overall client-side project management support during asbestos removal, stripping/clean-out, and demolition operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree or engineering degree in civil or structural engineering (equivalent to Bac+5).
2 to 5 years' experience.
General proficiency in civil and/or industrial structures.
Practical experience on construction sites.
Good knowledge of demolition & asbestos removal (D&D), hazardous substances, asbestos, fibers, and metals.
Experience using Revit.
