About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a Structural Engineer on design-management projects during the design and construction phases.
  • Produce technical design studies or supervise them depending on project size.
  • Maintain technical and contractual liaison with the client/owner and provide client advisory services.
  • Define design solutions, perform structural calculations and prepare written specifications and technical documentation.
  • Supervise the preparation of BIM models and drawings produced by designers/drafters.
  • Analyze contractors' bids and participate in finalizing contracts.
  • Manage the construction monitoring phase and verify the technical compliance of the works.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Civil Engineering degree (Engineering diploma) or Master's degree (M2) with a specialization in structural engineering.
  • At least 3 years of significant experience in design management (maîtrise d'œuvre) and site supervision of structural works.
  • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of reinforced concrete structures, steel framing and timber structures.
  • Rigorous, curious and open-minded.
  • Excellent professionalism, team spirit and strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of software: Graitec.
  • Fluent English.
