Develop and manage enterprise data platforms, including data warehouses, lakehouses, and analytical data stores.
Integrate data from key business systems such as ERP, CRM, HR, and operational platforms.
Ensure data quality, reliability, and availability by implementing validation, monitoring, and error‑handling processes.
Optimize data pipelines and architectures for performance, scalability, cost efficiency, and resiliency.
Incorporate security controls, data privacy, and compliance standards into all data solutions.
Partner with business analysts, data analysts, and stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver trusted datasets.
Support analytics and reporting use cases, including dashboards, KPIs, and advanced analytics.
Maintain clear and current documentation, including data models, lineage, pipeline design, and operational runbooks.
Participate in solution lifecycle planning, from initial design through enhancement and retirement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data engineering, information technology, data science, or a related field
3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer supporting enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives
Proven experience designing and delivering scalable data pipelines, data warehouses, or lakehouse architectures
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (e.g., dimensional modeling, normalized models, data vault)
Hands-on experience with SQL and data transformation frameworks
Experience integrating data across multiple enterprise systems and SaaS platforms
Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams, ensuring shared understanding of data definitions and outcomes
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
