Direct all phases of project delivery, including planning, design, permitting, and construction administration
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines and financial targets
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and fostering long-term relationships
Lead and mentor project teams, including engineers, designers, and technicians; promote collaboration and accountability
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies; ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
Manage contracts, subconsultant agreements, and change orders; ensure compliance with terms and conditions
Track project financial performance, including invoicing, cost control, and profitability analysis
Prepare and present project status reports to internal leadership and clients
Assist with proposal preparation, fee estimates, and client presentations to secure new work

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business or related field from an accredited school
5+ years of progressive experience in project management within the AEC industry
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate a motor vehicle is required
Proficiency in Revit/CAD, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote)
Experience with cloud-based design tools such as BIM360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud
