About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the main point of contact between local teams and international stakeholders, building trusted relationships and ensuring smooth, transparent communication
  • Manage multiple clients, balancing priorities, ensuring process consistency, and adapting strategy to the specifics of each vertical
  • Develop and present high-level strategic campaign plans, defining objectives, KPIs, target audiences, channels, and budgets aligned with the client's business
  • Maintain ongoing contact with media outlets and partners to identify opportunities, negotiate, and propose improvements
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring the financial health of the account
  • Together with the Account Director, identify and propose new business opportunities
  • Manage and develop the team through feedback, development plans, and career progression tracking
  • Oversee daily process execution with the supervisor, ensuring quality, deadline compliance, and appropriate management of the team's workload
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the agency's cross-functional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced/Fluent English, essential for communication with international teams
  • Prior experience managing global accounts is a plus
  • Experience in team management and people development
  • Deep knowledge of digital media (Performance, Branding, Social, Programmatic), KPIs, conversion funnel, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage the team's workload, with attention to detail to ensure quality of deliverables
