About the role

  • Planning and design of switchgear and control systems in compliance with applicable standards.
  • Creation of circuit and wiring diagrams using EPLAN P8.
  • Implementation of project tasks related to hardware planning and electrical design for our machines and systems.
  • Further development and modification of electronic components for existing systems.
  • Recording and implementation of customer requirements.
  • Clarification of technical issues with our internal departments as well as with our customers.
  • Coordination with and support of external service providers and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, automation technology, or mechatronics, or an equivalent qualification; further training as a technician/master craftsman is a plus.
  • Professional experience in electrical design.
  • Experience in creating circuit diagrams, preferably with EPLAN P8.
  • Basic knowledge of PLC systems.
  • Enjoy analyzing complex interrelationships and working in a structured, goal-oriented manner.
  • Enjoy working in a team and jointly finding solutions.
