About the role

  • Coordination of construction and event information across the entire Woven City and operational adjustments for facility management
  • Formulation and thorough dissemination of Woven City safety rules and on-site regulations
  • On-site safety management (conducting safety patrols, corrective guidance, etc.) and executing work risk assessments
  • Initial response to accidents, disasters, or facility issues; on-site verification; coordination with relevant departments and report preparation
  • Formulation and maintenance of disaster prevention plans and BCPs; execution of evacuation drills and safety awareness promotion in Woven City

Requirements

  • Experience in facility operations and safety management at large-scale facilities, campuses, etc. (8+ years)
  • Practical experience in construction/facility safety and health management, and relevant laws (Building Management Act, Industrial Safety and Health Act, etc.)
  • Practical experience in work risk assessment and accident/disaster response
  • Data analysis and cost management skills
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to commute to Woven City
  • Good physical stamina
  • Business Level English and Native Level Japanese
