About the role
- Design and develop scalable LLM-based solutions for human interaction AI systems
- Collect, curate, and prepare datasets for LLM product/services development
- Make technical judgment and architectural decisions while working with cross-functional teams
- Build and optimize ML/LLM pipelines from data ingestion to automated model serving
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience building complex AI systems
- Strong experience in machine learning and the framework (e.g. PyTorch, HuggingFace ecosystem, etc.)
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Large Language Models and NLP technologies (e.g., transformers, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embedding models)
- Business level skills in English and professional proficiency in Japanese sufficient to evaluate model outputs, curate datasets, and understand regional nuances. Native status is not required.
