About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end design, deployment, and operation of scalable infrastructure that underpins critical Digital Twin Platform services
Drive cross-team alignment with internal stakeholders and lead initiatives that enable streamlined onboarding and platform adoption through standardized deployment templates, IAC configurations, and automation
Proactively surface and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks, leading efforts to troubleshoot complex issues and continuously improve performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
Shape the platform’s technical direction by assessing new requirements, proposing architectural enhancements, and evangelizing platform knowledge to establish best practices for SaaS infrastructure and developer experience
Mentor and coach engineers through design reviews, knowledge sharing, and operational best practices, raising the overall bar for infrastructure quality and engineering excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
8+ years of experience in platform infrastructure engineering roles
Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure-as-code for cloud infrastructure provisioning and application packaging (E.g. Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, etc.)
Proven experience deploying, managing and scaling platform services and tenants
Track record building or operating cloud platforms or SaaS infrastructure on AWS
Business level proficiency in English and the ability to effectively manage various stakeholders
Experience in roles such as Technical Lead or System Architect
