About the role

  • Own the end-to-end design, deployment, and operation of scalable infrastructure that underpins critical Digital Twin Platform services
  • Drive cross-team alignment with internal stakeholders and lead initiatives that enable streamlined onboarding and platform adoption through standardized deployment templates, IAC configurations, and automation
  • Proactively surface and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks, leading efforts to troubleshoot complex issues and continuously improve performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
  • Shape the platform’s technical direction by assessing new requirements, proposing architectural enhancements, and evangelizing platform knowledge to establish best practices for SaaS infrastructure and developer experience
  • Mentor and coach engineers through design reviews, knowledge sharing, and operational best practices, raising the overall bar for infrastructure quality and engineering excellence

Requirements

  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in platform infrastructure engineering roles
  • Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure-as-code for cloud infrastructure provisioning and application packaging (E.g. Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, etc.)
  • Proven experience deploying, managing and scaling platform services and tenants
  • Track record building or operating cloud platforms or SaaS infrastructure on AWS
  • Business level proficiency in English and the ability to effectively manage various stakeholders
  • Experience in roles such as Technical Lead or System Architect
