About the role

  • Vendor Relationship Management: Manage relationships with staffing vendors, including drivers, technicians, and managers. Act as the primary point of contact for real-time field escalations.
  • Deployment Site Oversight: Visit deployment locations to ensure compliance with operational standards and readiness across staffing, vehicle prep, and logistics.
  • Program Coordination: Coordinate logistics and timelines as the deployment moves from city to city, ensuring car prep, staffing readiness, and internal/external communications are aligned.
  • Onboarding & Training Oversight: Ensure new drivers and technicians are onboarded consistently and trained according to program standards.
  • Contract & SLA Monitoring: Track vendor performance against KPIs and service level agreements to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Operational Reporting & Communication: Track and report issues, progress, and performance. Provide regular updates to program and organizational leadership, surfacing key risks and opportunities.
  • Field Operations Feedback Loop: Create and maintain a feedback loop between field operations and product/engineering teams to inform iterative improvements and smarter scaling.
  • Issue Triage System: Develop and manage a ticketing system to categorize and assign responsibility for field issues (e.g., software, hardware, vendor operations, weather).
  • Data Collection Oversight: Ensure data collection requests from Woven by Toyota are communicated clearly to vendors and that collected data is reviewed internally in a timely manner. Relay any necessary changes back to the vendors.
  • Incident reporting: Develop incident reporting policies and procedures. Serve as the main point of contact between the supplier and Woven, provide detailed information to legal, comms and leadership

Requirements

  • Proven Leadership: 5+ years of experience building, leading and delivering complex, large-scale technical programs within a matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Macro, JIRA, SQL query, and Advanced Excel
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development approaches, architecture, and Experience with Agile methodologies is highly desired.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze industry trends, understand Intuit's strategy, and make data-driven decisions that accelerate business
  • Exceptional Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels in a matrix organization, from individual contributors to senior executives.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to gather, analyze, and utilize data to assess program progress, identify risks, and drive decision-making.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. PMP, Agile certifications or equivalent.
