Overall responsibility for the Supply Chain Management department with 70 employees
Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of managers and teams
Strategic development of Supply Chain Management (optimizations and innovations using modern methods)
Management of operational tasks (ensuring transparent and optimized order, production, and delivery planning; inventory-optimized procurement management; demand-oriented procurement strategies)
Ensuring process development, including certifications according to relevant standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed university degree with many years of management experience in Supply Chain Management at a company in the automotive/supplier industry
Analytical, process-oriented approach and strategic vision
Sound methodological expertise
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Excellent leadership, assertiveness, and communication skills
Fluent English skills
Willingness to travel (up to approx. 20%)
