About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide professional and timely service to all customers
  • Respond to customer emails and calls regarding their order status
  • Provide freight quotations and transit periods as per customer request
  • Prepare labels, bills of lading, SLI (Shipper’s Letter Instruction,) Consent to Screen
  • Handle lost shipments and/or customer claims of lost shipments
  • File all shipping documents including packing slip, commercial invoice, Proof of Delivery
  • Know and understand Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Management system
  • Follow all health and safety rules
  • Packages /prepares orders for shipment with care, whether product is for a customer
  • Reports problems with quality, processes, equipment and/or material to supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or a GED equivalent or equivalent work experience.
  • 6 months’ Manufacturing/ Warehouse experience
